Teresa Kamińska – Vice-president of the Supervisory Board

Engineer, manager, politician and trade union activist, minister-member of the Council of Ministers in the government of Jerzy Buzek. She was an academic teacher at the Olsztyn University of Agriculture and Technology. In the government of Jerzy Buzek from 1997 to 1999 she was a minister-member of the Council of Ministers (for coordinating social reforms). Later, she was the president of the Health Insurance Supervisory Authority and then the head of the prime minister’s advisers. In the years 1998–2002 she was a member of the Advisory Committee of the Superintendency of Pension Funds. In 2007, she took the position of the president of the management board of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. She held this position until 2016.

Łukasz Żelewski – Member of the Supervisory Board

President of the Management Board of the Pomeranian Development Agency since 2007. Previously, he was the Deputy Director General of PPUP Poczta Polska, and in the years 2003-2006 he was the Director of the Department of Economy and Infrastructure at the Marshal’s Office of the Pomorskie Voivodeship. He dealt with the privatization of Neptun Film Sp. z o.o., performing the ownership supervision function on behalf of the Self-Government of the Pomorskie Voivodeship. He also has several years of experience in running his own business. He is a member of the Pomeranian Entrepreneurship Council and the Council of the Pomeranian Economic Chamber.

Marek Jerzy Bonisławski – Member of the Supervisory Board

A citizen of Gdańsk in the second generation. He graduated in law and history at the University of Gdańsk. MBA graduate. After graduation, he worked in a law firm, and then at the European Solidarity Center, where he was involved in, among other things, the promotion of a newly emerging institution whose main goal is to promote the history and idea of Solidarity. For 10 years he has been working at the City Hall in Gdańsk. He was an assistant to the president of Gdańsk, Paweł Adamowicz, director of the Gdańsk Promotion Office, and for three years he has been the director of the Gdańsk Mayor’s Office, responsible for coordinating the work of the city president and promoting Gdańsk. For many years, a member of the Council of the Gdańsk Entrepreneurship Foundation and the Council of the Gdańsk Foundation. Chairman of the Council of the Gdańsk Tourist Organization for the second term. In his spare time, he runs and plans further trips.
