We are extending the operation of “Ryneczek Piecki-Migowo” until December 16

The joint initiative of the City of Gdańsk and the Gdańsk International Fair enables the residents of the Piecki-Migowo district to buy fresh vegetables and fruit from regional farmers. The campaign is very popular, which is why it was extended to November and December.

There is a constant increase in the number of new housing investments and residents in the Piecki-Migowo district. The dynamic life and dynamic development of this part of Gdańsk does not exclude the attachment of its inhabitants to traditional forms of trade, such as markets and marketplaces. That’s why this year, on a pilot basis, every Saturday in September and October in the square at the intersection of ul. Bulońska from ul. There are stalls selling fresh products in Rakoczy.

The intention of the City of Gdańsk authorities is to make healthy vegetables and fruits from nearby farms available to as many residents as possible, and the places where they are sold are conducive to meetings and integration of the local community. This initiative was so well received that the campaign was extended to include Saturdays in November and December!

This time the market will consist only of fruit and vegetable sellers. At the end of October, the “Flea Market”, which was part of the campaign, ceased operations. However, it is possible that he will return in subsequent installments of “Ryneczek Piecki-Migowo”.
