REGIONAL FLAVOR FESTIVAL is a new event aimed at consumers, restaurateurs, and lovers of good cuisine, where producers of local food and beverages, including wines from Polish vineyards, from many regions of Poland, will present their offer. We invite you to AMBEREXPO on March 1-2, 2025, to savor Polish and foreign regions while having a good time. Free admission.

During the REGIONAL FLAVOR FESTIVAL, products will be presented directly from producers, who will also share knowledge about them and serve them in a ready-to-eat version. The edition will become a place for pre-sale premieres that will satisfy the palates of many visitors.

REGIONAL FLAVOR FESTIVAL aims to promote healthy food in every age category, where visitors will receive reliable knowledge, and will also be able to spend the weekend in an interesting and alternative way – tasting delicious food and taking advantage of the attractions accompanying the festival.

The festival will last two days – on Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00 and on Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00.

The program includes numerous attractions for visitors, including live cooking shows, lectures by nutrition experts, as well as grilling and steak preparation shows. A special play and animation zone will be prepared for the youngest participants. There will also be a food court zone, where guests will be able to taste a variety of dishes prepared by restaurateurs and producers.

Education and Nutritional Awareness
The Festival of Regional Flavors is also an educational platform. Over the course of two days, participants will be able to gain knowledge about healthy eating and the benefits of consuming regional and unprocessed products. Panel discussions with renowned speakers and workshops are planned, including on the preparation of pickles and wine tastings led by sommeliers.

Regional products and zero waste
During the festival, you will be able to buy a wide range of regional products, including fishery products, dairy products, meat products, confectionery and bakery products, fruit and vegetable products, oils, beverages and honeys, as well as wines from Polish vineyards. The event also promotes the idea of ​​zero waste, encouraging conscious consumption and waste minimization, which is in line with the tradition of Pomeranian cuisine.

The Festival of Regional Flavors is a unique opportunity to meet producers and importers of regional food products in one place, establish direct contact with consumers and gain a chance to promote your products. It is also the only event in Poland with such a wide scope and scale, combining the promotion of regional products with culinary education.
