Amber in the land of illusions – time for AMBER Vibes’26

AMBER Vibes arrives when the pace of the trade fair slows down and the AMBEREXPO space begins to speak a different language. On March 26, 2026, fashion and jewelry will take over the hall, inviting the public into a world where amber is not an object, but an experience – shimmering, ambiguous, and full of meaning.

This is the moment when the energy of AMBERIF Spring seamlessly transforms into a narrative built with light, sound, and movement. Instead of a summary, it’s an opening of the imagination. Instead of a classic catwalk show, it’s a story unfolding on the runway.

Between the visible and the imagined

This year’s AMBER Vibes will immerse itself in fiction and illusion. Amber becomes the starting point for a story about the limits of perception, about illusions that can be more beautiful than facts, and about the need to view design as a form of narrative. Every element—from styling to lighting—engages the senses, creating a space where the viewer not only observes but also feels.

Lidia Popiel – the architect of the mood

Lidia Popiel, photographer, style icon, and Amber Ambassador, will set the artistic rhythm for this year’s fashion and jewelry show. This time, she will stand on the other side of the stage as artistic director and director, weaving the collections, set design, and sound into one seamless rhythm. Viewers will follow her narrative from the models’ first steps into the audience to the final chord of the evening, experiencing the show as a complete story in which every gesture, every detail, and every ray of light matters.

Fashion and jewelry in dialogue

The runway will feature diverse voices and aesthetics: young creators from the Image Creation School Complex in Gdańsk, artists from the Goldsmithing Artists’ Association, and independent women’s and men’s fashion designers. Jewelry will sometimes take center stage, other times blend with the silhouette, acting as an accent, a sign, and a story – just as in the most conscious fashion narratives.

The space that leads

The austere, industrial AMBEREXPO hall will be transformed into a system of paths intersecting with the audience. The set design, created in collaboration with Lidia Popiel, Małgorzata Gliwińska, and Regalia Polska Manufaktura, will combine natural, century-old wood with modern form, creating a backdrop for a story about time, matter, and illusion.

One evening, many narratives

AMBER Vibes also offers conversations, meetings, and excitement beyond the runway. The program will include events for exhibitors, a presentation of Grażyna Hase’s work, the presentation of the AMBERIF Selection and AMBERIF Design Awards, and musical and performance pieces that will bring the evening together into one vibrant whole.

The AMBER Vibes show will open the door to the extraordinary world of fashion and amber, giving a new rhythm to the first day of the AMBERIF Spring International Amber and Jewellery Fair. It will take place on March 26, 2026, in the modern AMBEREXPO space in Gdańsk and will be the only event of the spring edition open to the general public.
