On Friday 18 July, we signed an agreement with our Financial Partner – the bank PEAKAO S.A. – for the co-financing of the construction of a sports, recreation and services facility in Wrzeszcz – a place that will soon become a hub of activity, relaxation and services.
All formalities relating to the construction of the sports, recreation and services facility with a swimming pool in Wrzeszcz have been completed. Following the steps involving the signing of the agreement with the facility's operator – Beauty Derm Instytut sp. z o.o., selected through a tender for the lease agreement, the signing of an agreement with the Contract Engineer, the engineering firm ALFA Przemysław Marszałkowski, and the selection of the general contractor the STRABAG company we moved on to initialling the agreement for the co-financing of the facility's construction.
The credit committee decided to grant the loan even before the general contractor was selected, and we then moved on to agreeing the terms of the contract, which was concluded on 18 July.
Work is already under way on the construction site. It is due to be completed in 2026, so that residents can start using the facility in 2027.
