On 31 May, the second meeting between representatives of MTG SA and residents of Gdańsk and representatives of ZDiZ took place at the Amber Museum. This time we had the opportunity to talk with residents of the Old Town and housing communities in the area. During the meeting, we informed everyone present about the traffic organisation changes that will be implemented to ensure smooth traffic flow during St Dominic's Fair. We resolved all doubts concerning the inconvenience for residents and tourists.
A proposal was presented for organising additional parking spaces on the outskirts of the centre. In addition, we presented the traffic communication plan and security support arrangements.
Residents received all the information concerning the changes to the organisation, signage, and the maintenance of order and safety in the Fair area.
Representing AMBEREXPO at the meeting were Dorota Solochewicz (JŚD Project Manager), Julia Nowak (JŚD team), Wojciech Jarocki (Deputy Operations Director of MTG) and Karolina Szłoda (social media manager).
