On Tuesday, 30 May, a meeting between AMBEREXPO representatives and residents of the Main Town took place. The subject of the event was St Dominic's Fair. Residents were presented with plans for the event, and their comments and suggestions were heard – and noted.
Representing AMBEREXPO at the meeting were Dorota Solochewicz (JŚD Project Manager), Oktawian Niemczyk (JŚD team), Wojciech Jarocki (Deputy Operations Director of MTG) and Patryk Gochniewski (press spokesperson). Also at the table were Maximilian Kieturakis (Chairman of the Śródmieście District Board) and Agata Lewandowska (Municipal Traffic Engineer).
The meeting took place at the Gdańsk Institute of Urban Culture. AMBEREXPO representatives spoke about the plans for St Dominic's Fair, which will run from 22 July to 13 August. However, the meeting quickly turned into a conversation in which residents of the Main Town raised their concerns, suggestions and comments. All of this was noted by the event's PM and will be thoroughly analysed in order to meet residents' expectations even more closely in future editions.
On Wednesday, 31 May, a meeting with residents of the Old Town is planned, to be held at the Amber Museum at 5pm.
