MTG recognised in the FOB report "Responsible Business in Poland. Good Practices"

The report "Responsible Business in Poland. Good Practices", published annually by the Responsible Business Forum, is the largest review of CSR and sustainable development initiatives in Poland. We are pleased to announce that our good practices have once again found a place in this publication.

The 22nd edition presented 1,046 initiatives undertaken by 266 companies, which makes us all the more proud to have been recognised in the area of "social engagement and local community development" for investments related to rain gardens,
a flower meadow, and photovoltaics and support for eco-transport.

Rain gardens are a type of hydro-engineering structure that slows the flow of rainwater into the sewage system and retains it within the environment, increases biodiversity, helps purify rainwater, and improves the aesthetics of the surroundings.
Flower meadows require little attention and are a long-term project; they support bioretention, retain moisture, and are mowed only once a year.
In the first stage of the investment, photovoltaics allowed us to produce 38.6 MWh of energy. It is worth adding that in 2024 we completed the second stage of the investment, which you will no doubt read about in the next edition of the report.
Support for eco-transport was provided by increasing the number of bicycle racks by 25% and adding an electric vehicle charging point, to serve the use of an electric delivery van.
