Międzynarodowe Targi Gdańskie has signed a contract with Przemysław Marszałkowski for the delivery of a modern service, sports and recreation facility in Gdańsk's Wrzeszcz district. This is a significant step towards creating a space that will not only enrich the district's infrastructure but will also act as a catalyst for the long-term development of the whole city.
The planned facility is a three-storey space designed with residents and users of all ages in mind. The investment will include a pool with a movable floor and two swimming basins, an expanded spa zone, as well as service and medical spaces. The whole will be complemented by conference and teaching rooms, suited to running physical, rehabilitation and educational activities.
– “We are currently at the stage of waiting for bidders to submit their offers. We plan for this to happen by the end of April, after which a committee will assess the bids we receive. The next step will be selecting the general contractor, with whom we intend to sign a contract as early as June” – says Adam Łosiński, Construction Project Manager at the Investment Office of Międzynarodowe Targi Gdańskie.
The new facility will be not only an important landmark on the map of Wrzeszcz, but also a place of everyday activity, integration and leisure for the residents of Gdańsk.
