Kajko and Kokosz – the heroes of the iconic comic book, alive and well! Today (27 May), during a press conference at AMBEREXPO, we saw the design of a postage stamp from the "50 years of the Kajko i Kokosz comic book" issue, featuring these beloved warriors. The presentation was given by Paulina Christa, president of the Janusz Christa Kreska Foundation, and Wiesław Włodek, deputy chairman of the board of Poczta Polska. It is a wonderful way of honouring the work of Janusz Christa, a celebrated artist-illustrator and legend of Polish comics.
The stamp will go into circulation on 31 May, just before Children's Day.
