We have taken another step towards the expansion of the AMBEREXPO complex! On Friday 19 July we signed a financing agreement for our investment project, which provides for the construction of another hall and hotel. The document was concluded with our Financial Partner – the bank PEKAO SA.
On 10 July we announced the start of the procedure to select a partner for a venture involving the construction of a multi-functional hall with a hotel as part of the expansion of the AMBEREXPO facility, along with the lease and operation of the hotel. Nine days later we took a further step by signing the financing agreement for our project.
We can also reveal that we are pleased with the strong interest in the tender procedure to select a partner for the expansion project. The investment we will be carrying out will extend the functionality and offer of our complex, as well as of Gdańsk and Pomerania.
As a reminder, applications regarding partnership for the venture involving the construction of a multi-functional hall with a hotel as part of the expansion of the AMBEREXPO facility, along with the lease and operation of the hotel, can be submitted until 9 August 2024, 3:00 pm.
