We warmly invite you to the Catering and Retail Trade Fair. This will be a great celebration of flavour. Everyone is welcome: chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, food lovers. Over two days, visitors will be able to discover a huge range of food and catering products – from renowned producers, including those from Italy. Traditional, familiar flavours alongside original new arrivals. You'll find everything needed to run a restaurant, hotel, bar and more.
And that's not all. There will be catering demonstrations, presentations (including of catering equipment), culinary workshops and tastings. No one will leave with an empty stomach or empty-handed.
The organisers are also preparing a surprise – a Special Guest. They're not revealing who it will be just yet, but culinary fans know the name well.
? Admission is FREE for holders of an INVITATION.
? Those without an invitation who run a retail or catering business in the FMCG sector can gain FREE admission after completing a declaration.
? Visitors from outside the industry who do not run such a business can purchase an entry ticket at the door on the day of the event – price PLN 100.
