The Regional Flavours Festival Gdańsk 2025 is a new event aimed at consumers, restaurateurs and lovers of good food, where producers of local food and drink from many regions of Poland will present their offerings.

The festival will last two days – Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 to 18:00.
The event aims to promote healthy food for every age group, where consumers will receive reliable knowledge and will also be able to spend their weekend in an interesting and alternative way – tasting delicious food and enjoying the attractions accompanying the festival.

Nutrition Education and Awareness
The Regional Flavours Festival is also an educational platform. Over the two days, participants will be able to gain knowledge about healthy eating and the benefits of consuming regional and unprocessed products. Discussion panels featuring renowned speakers are planned, along with workshops on topics such as preparing fermented foods, healthy sweets and edible weeds.
Regional products and zero waste
During the festival, visitors will be able to buy a wide range of regional products, including fish, dairy, meat, confectionery and bakery products, fruit and vegetable preserves, oils, drinks and honey. The event also promotes the idea of zero waste, encouraging conscious consumption and minimising waste, in keeping with the tradition of Pomeranian cuisine.
