POLFISH is the only fair in Poland dedicated to the fish industry and one of the largest in Central and Eastern Europe, taking place at AMBEREXPO in Gdańsk.
This specialist fish industry fair has more than 30 years of tradition. For years, the fair has held an important role and place in the calendar of industry events, and from this year it has been expanded to cover all food products.
POLFISH
is an excellent opportunity for meetings, consultations, training, a review of trends in the fish and food processing sector, and for making business contacts important for company growth. We invite owners and managers of food and fish shops and wholesalers, supermarket chains, discount stores, catering and hospitality venues to visit the fair. THE FAIR'S EXHIBITORS
will include leading Polish and foreign importers of fish and seafood, fish delicatessen products, and manufacturers of feed, farming equipment, and systems for fish transport and storage. The scope of this year's POLFISH fair has been expanded to include food products. Representatives of local companies are attending in large numbers. Visitors will be able to explore a wide range of products from
regional, organic farms, processing plants, holdings and fishing groups.
POLFISH 2024
is also an opportunity to explore the latest technological solutions. Representatives of manufacturers and distributors of processing machinery and equipment, packaging suppliers for the processing and catering industries, and distributors of the world's largest health and safety brands will be present.
