The BSS Conference will take place on the 34th floor of the Olivia Star building. The event will cover the most important trends and challenges in the Modern Business Services sector. The conference has an international character and will consist of two streams covering a dozen or so different thematic threads in total.

The Eco Transformations Conference will take place at the Amber Expo conference centre. It will cover the most important trends and challenges in the areas of ESG, green energy and logistics. Workshops for Team Leaders

Inspiring sessions developing hard and soft skills among Team Leaders in the Modern Business Services sector. The workshops will be held in groups of around 20–25 people in the VIP boxes of the Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk stadium, led by Polish and international trainers.

During the Job Fair there will be practical talks enriching knowledge useful in the job market. The talks are open and available to all registered participants of the Fair.
The Job Fair is aimed primarily at students, graduates and people looking for new work, but also those considering changing their current job, wanting to raise their qualifications, or simply wanting to learn more about the opportunities the market offers them.
This event is also for organisations and entrepreneurs who are looking for new employees, and who also want to strengthen their image, mark their presence and present their offer on the job market.
The Fair will take place over both days of the „Follow The Leaders” events at AMBEREXPO in Gdańsk. During the Fair there will also be talks enriching knowledge useful in the job market. Participation in the Fair is free of charge.
