Amber in a land of illusion – it's time for AMBER Vibes '26
AMBER Vibes appears when the trade fair day slows down and the AMBEREXPO space begins to speak a different language. On 26 March 2026, fashion and jewellery will take over the hall, inviting audiences into a world where amber is not an object but an experience – shimmering, elusive and full of meaning.
This is the moment when the energy of AMBERIF Spring flows seamlessly into a narrative built from light, sound and movement. Instead of a summary – an opening of the imagination. Instead of a classic show – a story played out on the catwalk.
Between the visible and the imagined
This year's AMBER Vibes immerses itself in fiction and illusion. Amber becomes the starting point for a story about the limits of perception, about illusions that can be more beautiful than facts, and about the need to see design as a form of narrative. Every element – from styling to lighting – works on the senses, building a space in which the viewer does not just watch, but feels along with it.
Lidia Popiel – architect of mood
The artistic rhythm of this year's fashion and jewellery show will be set by Lidia Popiel – photographer, style icon and Amber Ambassador. This time she steps to the other side of the stage as artistic director and director, weaving collections, staging and sound into a single fluid rhythm. The audience will follow her narrative from the models' first steps among the crowd to the evening's final chord, experiencing the show as a complete story in which every gesture, every detail and every ray of light matters."
Fashion and jewellery in dialogue
Different voices and aesthetics will meet on the catwalk: young creators from the School of Image Design in Gdańsk, artists from the Association of Goldsmithing Form Creators, and independent designers of women's and men's fashion. Jewellery will sometimes take centre stage, other times blend with the silhouette, acting as an accent, a sign and a story – exactly as in the most considered fashion narratives.
A space that leads
The raw, industrial AMBEREXPO hall will transform into a network of paths cutting through the audience. The staging, created in collaboration with Lidia Popiel, Małgorzata Gliwińska and Regalia Polska Manufaktura, will combine natural, century-old wood with a modern form, creating a backdrop for a story about time, matter and illusion.
One evening, many narratives
AMBER Vibes is also about conversations, encounters and emotions that go beyond the catwalk. The programme includes events for exhibitors, a presentation of Grażyna Hase's body of work, the AMBERIF Selection and AMBERIF Design Award ceremonies, and musical and performance highlights that tie the evening into a single, pulsing whole.
The AMBER Vibes show will open the door to an extraordinary world of fashion and amber, giving the first day of the AMBERIF Spring International Amber and Jewellery Fair a new rhythm. It will take place on 26 March 2026 in the modern AMBEREXPO space in Gdańsk and will be the only event of the spring edition open to the wider public. Tickets will be available via the eBilet.pl platform – to become part of this pulsing, amber spectacle.
