On 4 and 5 January, Gdańsk will become a true paradise for dog lovers. Coming soon is an event that will attract canine fans from all over the world.
It's worth attending the International Purebred Dog Show, as it's not only a chance to admire beautiful dogs, but also an opportunity to meet breeders and learn about different breeds. The show will bring together more than 200 breeds, both popular and exceptionally rare. Dog lovers will have the chance to see breeds such as the Golden Retriever and the Dachshund, as well as exotic ones like the Thai Ridgeback and the Porcelaine. The diversity of breeds is sure to delight even the most discerning visitors.
Meeting so many dogs in one place is a genuine feast for the eyes and the heart. Judging will take place in the rings, where judges from countries such as Peru, Italy and England will select the best dogs in each breed. In the afternoon, only the most beautiful dogs will compete for the prestigious title of Best in Show. It's a chance to see not only the breeders' talent, but also the work of judges with extensive experience in dog judging. Events of this kind raise breeding standards and promote healthy practices in dog breeding.
The show is also an excellent opportunity to talk with breeders from various countries. Dog lovers will be able to exchange experiences, advice and ideas on caring for and raising dogs. Such meetings are invaluable, as they allow new friendships to form and help build a community of dog lovers.
The event is organised by the Kennel Club in Poland, Gdynia branch, which celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2024. The show's strategic partner is Purina® PRO PLAN®.
