On 29 October, the 3rd edition of the Congress of the Pomeranian Social Economy will take place – the region's largest event dedicated to the practices, challenges and innovations of this sector. This year the event will focus on social economy entities (PES), i.e. organisations employing people who, for various reasons, find it harder to establish themselves in the labour market.

It will be an excellent opportunity to take part in workshop panels, debates and the social economy fair, at which PES organisations from across the region, Social Economy Support Centres and labour market institutions will present themselves. This event is dedicated to everyone interested in the social economy – from individuals and organisations considering entering the sector to entities already thriving in the market. It is a space for exchanging experience and practical solutions. It is also a meeting place for local governments, institutions and companies that support the sector, and a chance to forge such partnerships or, inspired by the event, to set up an organisation within the social economy sector. There will be no better opportunity to learn the industry's "know-how"!
A novelty at this year's Congress will be a move away from the classic format of speeches in favour of workshop panels and discussions. Thematic panels featuring representatives from various backgrounds will be packed with knowledge on marketing, promotion and fundraising. There will also be presentations of good practices and valuable initiatives. The Social Economy Fair, held as part of the Congress, will provide an excellent opportunity to start a dialogue, exchange experience and perhaps even establish cooperation with sector organisations.
It will be a unique opportunity to explore the offerings and products of regional exhibitors.
We warmly invite everyone from Pomerania who is interested!
