Event Industry Forum

On 18 January 2023, the Event Industry Forum FBE 2023 was held at EXPO XXI in Warsaw. Events are one of the most important elements of companies' and cities' image-building and sales activities. Their role in integrating and motivating teams is likewise not to be underestimated. That is why we could not miss this event, which has for years attracted marketers, HR professionals, sales people and professionals in the incentive and event marketing industry.

At our stand, we not only presented the possibilities offered by the AMBEREXPO space, but also gave the first public showing of our virtual walkthrough of our halls.

FBE 2023 is the largest gathering of people involved in event delivery, featuring a rich programme of content and 129 exhibitors. As many as 43 experts appeared across two stages.

In total, 30 industry authorities and personalities shared their expertise, among them: Michał Woroch – wheelchairtrip, Krzysztof Celuch, Bartosz Bieszyński, Paweł Lewicki, Dariusz Maciołek, Dominik Górka, Magdalena Kondas, Barbara Świderska, Michał Kozak, Magdalena Maciejewska, Joanna Cendrowska, Tomasz Cieślak, Rafał Krzycki, Wojciech Cłapiński, Dominik Borek, Paulina Kołodziejczyk, Andrzej Hulewicz, Michał Kalarus, Łukasz Adamowicz, Jacek Caputa, Davide Odella, Paweł Jabłoński, Jarosław Jabłoński, Włodzimierz Wolski, Pawel Mamcarz, Dawid Walas, Adam Tecław, Ina Gladii, Rafał Marek, Alina Dybaś, Grażyna Grot-Duziak, Katarzyna Szełemej-Pobożniak, Konrad Wielgórski and Zuzanna Sprycha. The main stage programme was hosted by Aleksandra Szwed and Krzysztof Łobodziński – Master of Ceremonies, while Mariusz Rusin presided over the small stage.

The mission of the Event Industry Forum (FBE) is to present the event as a coherent element of communication with customers, employees and other stakeholders in a company's environment.

During the 2023 edition, FBE discussed the use of events in marketing activities, public relations and HR policy. The current situation on the events market was analysed and assessed. As has become traditional, an attempt was made to forecast trends for the near future. The event also featured presentations related to online productions. A key topic of this year's programme was VUCA and the place of events in a world dominated by social media. Participants also discussed energy responsibility and sustainable development in events.

The most recent edition of the Event Industry Forum concluded, for the second time, with the final gala of the Elves of the Event Industry Association!

The event is attended every year by event agencies, marketing agencies, PR agencies, end clients, incentive travel agencies and wedding planners. Events are key to companies' and cities' image-building and sales activities. Their role in integrating and motivating teams is likewise not to be underestimated.
