On 24 July 2025, Mateusz Nowaczyk, the previous Marketing and Sales Director, became a Member of the Management Board of the Gdańsk International Fair. This filled the vacancy that had remained unoccupied since 14 October 2024, and he joins the Board chaired by President Andrzej Bojanowski.
The experience and achievements to date of the new Board Member Mateusz Nowaczyk in the area of the Company's marketing and sales will make a significant contribution to the further dynamic development of the Gdańsk International Fair.
It is worth mentioning that the new Board Member headed such Company projects as EuroSkills and the temporary hospital, among the largest organisational challenges in MTG's history. Associated with the company for six years, he progressed through the professional ranks, from working as a salesperson, through managerial positions, to Director of the Sales and Marketing Division and Proxy.
– I sincerely thank the Company's owners and the Supervisory Board for the trust and support shown in the process of my appointment as a Board Member – says Nowaczyk.
