AMBEREXPO recognised once again! We're delighted to have once again featured in the report – the largest review of CSR initiatives in the country – "Responsible Business in Poland. Good Practices", published by the Responsible Business Forum.
We are aware of how important it is to incorporate aspects of sustainable development into our everyday operations. As a result, we have submitted our "Good Practices" to the Responsible Business Forum report for the second time.
Last year, two of our practices were included in the report: TRAKO 2021 – responsible trade fairs and Give a Heart for Christmas – Gdańsk Christmas Market.
This year, however, we decided to present our activities in the area of:
- "Eco energy saving" – implementation of a photovoltaic investment on the roof of the AMBEREXPO building:
– 124 PV panels with a power output of 0.4 kW each, covering an area of 300 m²
– Forecast annual output – 40,800 kWh
- „Helping is beautiful!” – covering activities during the Gdańsk Christmas Market:
– toy crossing – for exchanging toys
– "Adopt a Teddy Bear" campaign in aid of a hospice
– fulfilling the wish of a disabled ward of MOPS GDAŃSK (Gdańsk Social Welfare Centre) for a computer with a special controller
The 21st edition of the FOB Report presented 1,705 activities undertaken by 272 companies. We are delighted to have featured in such distinguished company.
