Andrzej Bojanowski – President of the Management Board
A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk, specialising in finance and banking. He worked in banking for 7 years, including 5 years at Bank Pekao SA, where he held positions such as Director for Corporate Clients and Branch Director for Retail Banking. In 2003 he became Vice-President of the Management Board of the Port of Gdańsk Authority S.A., and from 2006 to 2008 he served as Treasurer of the City of Gdańsk. For the following eight years he held the position of Deputy Mayor of Gdańsk for Economic Policy. From March 2017 to July 2018 he held the position of President of the municipal company Arena Gdańsk, which manages the Gdańsk stadium and the surrounding area.
Mateusz Nowaczyk – Member of the Management Board
With the company since 2019, he has worked his way through all professional levels, from working as a salesperson, through managerial positions, to Director of the Sales and Marketing Division and Proxy. During this time, he headed projects such as EuroSkills and the temporary hospital during the pandemic. Previously, he gained experience as an economic specialist at the company Arena Gdańsk, and was also press spokesperson for the Rumia City Office, Advisor to the Secretary of State at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, and Advisor at the Pomeranian Voivodeship Office. He holds a law degree (University of Gdańsk) and is also a graduate of the University of Economy in Bydgoszcz (MBA diploma).
