Andrzej Zbigniew Schulz

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

A graduate in administrative law from the University of Gdańsk. He has many years of experience working in public administration bodies and in the banking sector. He has also headed companies belonging to the Grupa Lotos both in Poland and abroad.

Teresa Kamińska

Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board

Engineer, manager, politician and trade union activist, minister-member of the Council of Ministers in Jerzy Buzek's government. She was an academic lecturer at the Olsztyn University of Agriculture and Technology. In Jerzy Buzek's government, from 1997 to 1999 she served as minister-member of the Council of Ministers (for coordinating social reforms). She later served as president of the Office of Health Insurance Supervision and then as head of the Prime Minister's advisors. From 1998 to 2002 she was a member of the Advisory Committee of the Pension Funds Supervisory Authority. In 2007 she took up the position of President of the Management Board of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. She held this position until 2016.

Maria Andrejczuk

Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Warsaw and the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok. She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate banking in the areas of financial analysis, credit risk assessment and transaction structuring. Since 2021 she has been a manager in the Portfolio Management Department at Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A.

Piotr Grzelak

Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of two faculties at the University of Gdańsk: Social Sciences and Economics. He was elected three times as a Gdańsk City Councillor, during which he served, among other roles, as vice-chair of the Committee for Spatial Development and Environmental Protection. He is currently Deputy Mayor of Gdańsk for sustainable development and the economy, having previously been Deputy Mayor for municipal affairs. He is Vice-President of the Union of Baltic Cities, as well as: chair of the UMP Committee for Urban Planning, chair of the Steering Committee for the OMGGS Strategy, and co-chair of the KWRiST Team for Infrastructure, Urban Planning and Transport.

Zbigniew Czepułkowski

Graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology (Faculty of Electrical Engineering, specialisation in automation). Graduate of IFG, Institut Français de Gestion (French Institute of Management) in Warsaw. He has many years of experience working in local government administration bodies. Many years of experience as a member of Management Boards and Supervisory Boards in State Treasury companies, companies with local government participation, and companies with private capital. He headed, among others, a company from the PERN capital group, carrying out contracts in Europe, the Middle East and South America.
