Thirty years of activities undertaken for the development of the Polish exhibition industry.
In 2023 the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry celebrates its 30th anniversary, which will be marked throughout the year, from January to December 2023.
The aim of the anniversary celebrations is to highlight the contribution of the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry to the development of the Polish exhibition industry and the domestic economy over the past 30 years. The Chamber is proud of the huge achievements of the Polish exhibition market, built through the joint efforts of its Members and the Chamber, and of the recognition that Polish trade fairs and companies operating in the exhibition industry enjoy today, both at home and abroad.
As part of the anniversary celebrations, a series of publications has been prepared on the industry, its history and the future of trade fairs, as well as on the people who have made a special contribution to its development. The texts will be published in the media and on PIPT's social media profiles throughout the current year.
The celebrations have also seen the launch of the 30 YEARS HAVE PASSEDcampaign, the aim of which is to gather, over the course of the year, a collection of mementoes in the form of photographs from trade fairs kept to this day, as well as photographs of gadgets, construction elements, promotional materials, leaflets, etc. from the last 30 years of trade fairs (and earlier) from Chamber Members and friends of the exhibition industry, for presentation at the end of the year in an online exhibition.
The 30th anniversary is also about celebrating together with fans of trade fairs. One element of the shared fun will be the PIPT Anniversary Competition. As part of the competition, once a month throughout the year, on the Facebook page Targi Dają Więcej industry-related questions will be posted. The winners of the competition will each time be the three people who are first to give the correct answer to the question. Prizes in the competition will be tickets to the most interesting events held at trade fairs throughout Poland.
Other important and interesting initiatives are also planned during the anniversary year, including an official Anniversary Gala. We will keep you updated with details on the Chamber's website www.polfair.pl and on social media: PIPT Facebook put on a gripping, edgy performance, as did Facebook page Targi Dają Więcej.

The Chamber has also applied to the President of the Republic of Poland requesting Honorary Patronage over the PIPT's 30th anniversary celebrations.
Between 1993 and 2006 the organisation operated as the Polish Trade Fair Corporation, and since 2006 as the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry – a trade chamber for businesses in the exhibition industry and industries related to the organisation of trade fairs, exhibitions and events. PIPT is headquartered in Poznań.
In line with its mission, the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry continually promotes trade fairs as one of the most important tools for the export and promotion of Polish companies and Polish products, as well as an instrument of direct communication and marketing for companies from almost every sector of the economy, and encourages businesses to take part in trade fairs as both exhibitors and visitors.
The Chamber brings together the industry community of Polish companies operating in the broadly defined exhibition industry, which includes:

✓ companies designing and building exhibition stands
✓ trade fair freight-forwarding companies
✓ companies providing IT services for trade fairs
PIPT also serves as a platform for knowledge, information and the exchange of contacts. It supports exhibition companies by lobbying on their behalf and on behalf of the industry with government and local authorities. Through years of lobbying activities, the Chamber has established itself as the official expert on the exhibition industry within government, and by taking part in regular meetings with representatives of the government and individual ministries, it has become a genuine partner for dialogue.
